Is there a warranty for your service?
A limited warranty is issued, for all out of warranty repairs, on your whole unit for ninety days.

Do you repair products under warranty?
Yes, we do.  Any unit in factory warranty must be accompanied with a copy of the bill of sale.

If I live outside of Missouri, can I send my broken item in?
Yes you can, we gladly accept items from other states.  See the Ship It To Us page for more information.

Will I be charged more than the original repair quote?
If the repair on your item turns out to cost more than the original repair quote, you will be contacted with the new quote before it is fixed.
